Garden Cove is a cooperative residential community. Each
homeowner is a shareholder in the Association. Governed by a
volunteer Board of Directors, we also have a management company
that oversees Association business. Shareholders actively
participate in monthly Board meetings. Our Prospectus defines our
master occupancy rules as a 55+ residential community and sets
high standards for home and yard maintenance.

Our Facilities
Our Association includes a clubhouse that is the setting for a
variety of activities throughout the year. Activities include
bingo, cards, movies and social events. Community planned
potluck dinners mark holidays and special events. Other
organized activities include golf outings, luncheons, pool
exercise, line dancing, and others. We have fun here!
